The NAP-GSP Regional Training Workshop for Pacific LDCs on appraisal and adaptation finance was held in Tuvalu from 28-30 January 2019. The workshop was attended by representatives from the Pacific LDCs - Kiribati, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
It was facilitated by the joint UNDP-UN Environment NAP-GSP, the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and experts from other organisations and the Pacific region. The workshop covered various aspects of national adaptation plans (NAPs), adaptation policy and project preparation, resource mobilisation and prioritisation - amongst other topics.
