TACC Uganda – Analysis of Adaptation and Mitigation Options

The study analyses the adaptation and mitigation options for the Mbale region of Uganda with the aim of providing information for the design of the Integrated Territorial Climate Plan (ITCP). The ITCP in turn, will offer the region an effective response to climate change that is tailored to local circumstances.
