7-18 Nov 2016, Marrakesh, Morroco: UNDP and UNEP are pleased to invite delegates to a series of high-level side events on climate change adaptation at the 22nd session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC (COP 22) in Marrakesh, Morocco. A number of highly relevant and interesting events, discussions and forums will be held 7 to 18 November.
Most of these side events listed are to be held in the UNDP Pavilion in the Blue Zone.
It’s been a landmark year for climate action, from the Sendai framework for disaster risk reduction to substantial commitments from world leaders in Paris. These actions are sure to yield great results in the long-term. In the short-term vulnerable nations in the developing world need concrete climate actions to protect lives and build livelihoods.
